Accountabilities:
The Senior IT Support Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining a modern internal technology ecosystem,



combining technical expertise, automation capabilities, and a strong service mindset. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening security, and creating seamless experiences for a globally distributed workforce.
Administer, integrate, and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms, including CRM, customer support, finance, HR, collaboration, and engineering tools.
Design reliable workflows and data synchronization processes across multiple internal systems.
Build automation solutions using programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js to streamline internal operations.
Develop scripts, CLI tools, internal services, bots, and API-driven integrations that improve business processes.
Create and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and employee self-service.
