About this Role
We are seeking a recruitment professional to support Vodafone’s global youth talent programmes by managing candidate screening, stakeholder engagement, recruitment coordination, and data-driven hiring activities. This role offers the prospect to work with international teams, enhance candidate experiences, contribute to recruitment innovation, and support continuous improvement initiatives that shape early careers hiring across multiple markets.What you will do
Source and attract early careers talent for global youth programmes across Vodafone markets.
Manage the candidate journey from application through hiring, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Review and evaluate CVs, online assessments, and video applications against defined eligibility criteria.
Partner with local talent acquisition teams to coordinate assessment centres, candidate communications, and interview scheduling.
