Job Description – Senior Manager, Corporate Tax Compliance
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Compliance to lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S.



corporate taxation, including tax return reviews, tax provisions, taxable income calculations, and multi-state tax compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to build trusted client relationships while developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
Review complex Federal, State, and Local Corporate Income Tax Returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, and related schedules), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax laws.
Review financial statements from a tax perspective and oversee the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analyses, and tax disclosures.
