Role Overview




We are looking for a Senior AV/VC -Digital Signage & Microsoft Teams Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Contemporary Workplace Collaboration, AV Technologies, and Digital Signage solutions. The candidate will act as the SME for Teams Rooms, leading architecture, deployment, operations, troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (Windows & Android).
Lead meeting room modernization, migration, and standardization projects.
Define conferencing architectures, HLDs, LLDs, and technical standards.
Manage Teams Rooms through Teams Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Configure and support Exchange Online resource mailboxes, Teams Phone, and Teams Premium.
Design and support enterprise AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.
Develop and maintain AV control systems and user interfaces using Crestr
