Role Key responsibilities -

1. Manage and grow strategic relationships with fintech partners to drive business objectives and ecosystem expansion.
2. Expand the BBPS partner universe by onboarding new fintechs, aggregators, and enterprise clients.
3. Drive transaction volumes and revenue growth through existing and new partner engagements.
4. Ensure adoption and scalability of current initiatives, product features, and payment solutions across partners.
5.



Develop deeper partner engagement through co-creation of solutions rather than transactional relationships.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationship governance and satisfaction.
7. Collaborate closely with Product, Banking, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements.
8. Identify new use cases, market opportunities, and growth levers within the fintech and payments ecosystem.
9. Monitor partner performance and optimize strategies to maximize productivity and business outcomes.

Key skills and experience required -

1. Proven experience in B2B sales, alliances, partnerships, or relationship management (preferably in fintech/payments).
2. Strong understanding of the digital payments landscape and BBPS ecosystem.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth.
