As an Automation Lead Manager - Operate, you will spearhead the development of innovative software solutions and drive product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on evaluating systems or software applications to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in functionality.



This involves executing various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets specified requirements and performs as expected.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths while managing performance to meet client expectations.
