You'll play a pivotal role in leading and managing the manufacturing activities of our site while ensuring cohesion within a matrix organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams like Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Support Functions, as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and statutory bodies,



to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying best practices for achieving world-class production and quality management, but also fostering a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading and managing site manufacturing activities while maintaining site cohesion within a matrix organization.

Representing Alstom at the local level and maintaining constructive relations with social partners.

Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and Alstom’s Code of Ethics.

Driving continuous improvement through the deployment of Alstom Performance Systems (APSYS), lean manufacturing, and best-in-class supply chain operations.

Providing proactive support to projects to consistently achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.
