Role Overview
The Value Delivery Manager, through our in house developed Phygital Application (People Empowerment Platform) is responsible for ensuring that every user (customer) receives timely, relevant, and personalized information, opportunities, services, and perks through our in-house developed ‘People Empowerment Platform (PEP)’.



The role focuses on understanding user profiles and preferences, identifying authentic and valuable offerings from multiple sources, and ensuring that the right content reaches the right user at the right time. The individual will act as the central coordinator across Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, and Operations teams to drive personalized value delivery and maximize user engagement and outcomes.
