Job Description
Responsibilities
VMware ESX / Virtualization
Administer VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter environments, including VM provisioning, resource management, and troubleshooting.
Manage snapshots, templates, storage, and virtual networking.
Support VMware upgrades, patching, and capacity planning activities.
Ensure optimal performance and availability of virtualized workloads.
Operations & Support
Provide L2/L3 support for Windows and VMware-related incidents and service requests.
Lead resolution of high-severity incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
