With a team of 25+ professionals experienced in the U.S. steel industry and well versed in standards such as AISC, RCSC, AWS, NISD, OSHA, and BOCA, the company provides comprehensive 3D models, anchor bolt plans, shop drawings, erection drawings, connection calculations, and customized fabrication reports. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in East Godavari.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities in structural steel detailing, manage prospects and existing client accounts, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with technical and detailing teams to understand service capabilities, and clearly communicating solutions that meet client project requirements. The role involves regular outreach via email, phone, and online meetings,



maintaining a sales pipeline and CRM records, and tracking performance against sales targets.

The Sales

Executive will also participate in market research, support marketing initiatives, and represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and customer service orientation.
- Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of structural steel detailing services, project workflows, and industry standards, or be willing to learn quickly.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, use of CRM or sales tracking tools, and ability to interpret sales metrics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are beneficial.
- Prior experience in construction, structural steel, engineering services, or B2B technical sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in East Godavari, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time independently to meet targets.
- Comfort with digital tools for communication, documentation, and online research; willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.
