Job summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling automobiles to retail and corporate customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience while building long-term customer relationships.

- Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs, budget, and preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and available offers.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and showroom visits.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, corporate visits, events, and digital platforms.




- Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and complete all required documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and sales campaigns organized by the dealership.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and customer service standards.

- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle specifications.
