Job Title: Sales Executive (Jewellery)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 10,000 to 15,000 per month (Negotiable) with Target-Based Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales and provide exceptional customer service for high-value fine jewelry.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts while fostering strong, long-term client relationships to maximize customer retention.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively across multiple languages to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Uphold and protect the company’s brand reputation by ensuring all client interactions reflect our core values, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence.
- Operate basic computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and billing technology.

Candidate Qualification.

- Prioritize candidates with a proven track record in high-value asset acquisition and luxury or premium-tier sales.
- Demonstrate a strong drive to consistently meet and exceed target-based sales goals through proactive outreach and strategic pipeline management.
- While we highly value experience candidate in premium-tier sales, enthusiastic freshers with solid communication skills and a high potential for growth are also encouraged to apply.
- Multilingual: Must be fluent in multiple languages to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers.
- Culturally Aware:



An understanding of different cultural backgrounds to build client and guide high-value purchases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technology.
