Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune - Viman Nagar.

The Sales

Executive will engage with customers in-store, understand their preferences, provide styling suggestions, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. Daily tasks include managing product displays, tracking inventory, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting sales targets, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the merchandising and marketing teams to provide feedback on trends and customer needs.

Executive is expected to uphold brand values and represent HOUSE OF PRÊT PITAARA with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Sales and retail experience, including meeting targets, managing POS transactions, and handling basic inventory or stock checks.
- Interest in fashion and styling, with a good sense of current trends and the ability to provide thoughtful product and outfit recommendations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, tasks, and daily store operations efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy for billing, record keeping, and communicating with internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including weekends or peak seasons as required.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or apparel sales is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, fashion, or a related field is beneficial.
