Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers and understand their mobility requirements.

- Present and explain GBG EV's products and services effectively.

- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Follow up with interested customers and guide them until the sales process is completed.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and smooth order processing.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and company policies.

- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and promotional activities.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 13 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Service, or Business Development will be preferred.

- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
