We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new clients, generating leads, and bringing business from the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Generate leads and convert them into business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent Brigade Hospitality professionally in the market.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
- Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate business from the market.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Own vehicle will be an added advantage.
Compensation Salary: Best in the market, based on experience and suitability.
