Drive primary and secondary sales by managing distributors, dealers, retailers, and electricians within the assigned territory. Increase market share, improve product visibility, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Visit retailers, dealers, and distributors as per the beat plan.

- Increase product availability and visibility in retail outlets.

- Appoint and develop new dealers/retailers to expand market coverage.

- Build robust relationships with distributors, retailers, electricians, and contractors.

- Promote new product launches and execute trade schemes.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.

- Maintain daily sales reports, beat plans,



and market intelligence in the company's sales application/CRM.

- Coordinate with the distributor to ensure adequate stock availability.

- Conduct retailer meets, electrician meets, and promotional activities.
