Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting Astute Accounting’s services, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and handover to the delivery team.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up consistently to build a strong pipeline.

The Sales

Executive collaborates closely with accounting and operations teams to understand service offerings,



address client needs, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, contributing to sales strategies, and representing the company at local networking events or business forums as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Experience in client relationship management, needs analysis, and solution-based selling, preferably in professional or financial services.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, with clear spoken and written English and comfort interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping concepts, and familiarity with outsourced or BPO service models is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email and video conferencing platforms).
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales or accounting industry experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
