Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Chandigarh.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promote ATM’s courier and logistics services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and back office work, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality, tracking account performance and revenue, and maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM records.





The Sales

Executive is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about market trends and competitors, and represent the company professionally at client sites and local events.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.

Ability to explain logistics solutions clearly, and negotiate effectively.

Good understanding of courier, logistics, or supply chain services, or willingness to learn quickly.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems for managing contacts, pipelines, and reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable service options.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.

Prior experience in sales, particularly in logistics, courier, or related industries, is preferred but not mandatory.
