About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth in the Specialty Segment in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills and experience in B2B sales. Candidates from café operations with a strong commercial orientation are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for the specialty segment in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business reviews on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:




- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee, café, hospitality, food service, FMCG, or specialty products.
- Candidates with experience in café operations and strong customer-facing exposure can also be considered.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management (IHM) or MBA is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Positive understanding of the Delhi market and customer network will be an added advantage.
