We are hiring a Sales Representative for our furniture retail showroom. Your main role is to welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, explain products clearly, and close sales. You will handle enquiries from store walk-ins, phone calls and WhatsApp leads, and make sure every customer has a smooth buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom

· Understand customer requirements (size, style, budget, delivery timeline) and recommend suitable products

· Provide complete product explanations including materials, warranty, customization options, pricing, EMI, and delivery timelines

· Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales orders

· Prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices

· Follow up on pending quotations, payments, measurements, and delivery updates

· Maintain proper showroom display standards

· Update daily walk-ins, enquiries, quotations,



and sales in CRM or tracking sheets

· Coordinate with factory/backend team regarding order status, customizations, and deliveries

· Handle basic customer complaints and after-sales queries, and escalate when required

Key Skills/Requirements

· 1 – 6 years experience as Store Sales Representative / Showroom Sales Representative / Retail Sales Associate

· Confident in interacting with walk-in customers and explaining products clearly

· Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel / Google Sheets)

· Education: Graduation/diploma/12th (any stream)

· Languages: English+Kannada+Malayalam(Not Mandatory)

· Willing to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on a weekday)
