Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of thermal insulation materials such as Rockwool, Glass Wool, Calcium Silicate, PIR/PUF, Elastomeric Rubber, Ceramic Fiber, and Aluminum/SS cladding.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, GA drawings, and isometric drawings.

- Excellent knowledge of estimation techniques, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

- Familiarity with ERP or estimation software is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Certification in Estimation or Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in estimation for thermal insulation, industrial insulation, HVAC insulation, or related EPC projects.

- Experience in oil & gas, power plants, refineries, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, or industrial construction projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
