Key Responsibilities
· Identifying potential talent sources through social media, professional networks, and other productive sourcing techniques.
· Building a robust candidate pipeline for the company’s present and future requirements.
· Evaluating and refreshing an organization’s talent data and potential needs.
· Developing and executing successful strategies by working closely with the recruitment team.
· Conveying the measurable and qualitative impact of their contributions across the organization.




· Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire.
· Examining current market trends and forecasting the future workforce needs of the organization.
· Cultivating enduring relationships with passive candidates through their connections.
· Participating in seminars and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and expand a solid professional network.
