About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with focused experience on Billing platform to enhance Avid’s webstore Business by implementing next generation solutions that help improve customer experience and increase Subscription user base. This individual will focus on eCommerce solution, platform services and Digital Subscription lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have capability to take ownership and deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with core Salesforce features, Billing Package, Order management, Invoice jobs and CPQ.
Responsibilities:
Design and development of scalable Salesforce billing platform services, optimize Invoice Jobs and integrations with Payment Gateway
Architect and implement solutions for Digital subscription lifecycle including Recurring billing, Renewals, upgrades, and cancellations




Proactively Lead the effort to build and monitor Order processing, License provisioning, Asset creation and license deposit process flows
Build and optimize recurring modules to manage all Subscription plans including monthly, annual, and usage-based billing
Provide technical assistance to oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities
Collaborate with Product owners to capture requirements and translate into technical designs and best-practice architecture.
Enhance integrations with ERP systems (NetSuite & RevPro) via middleware platform, Workato
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, ERP and Product owners to design, develop and deploy periodic releases
Participate in weekly release management of Salesforce config and customizations Sby leveraging CI/CD pipelines to ensure release integrity
Support and maintain existing applications and drive continuous improvement initiatives
