Key Responsibilities

Perform field service activities according to assigned work plans on modern marine diesel, dual-fuel, gas engines, and power generation DG sets, including troubleshooting, inspections, and scheduled maintenance.
Carry out major and minor overhauls, repairs,



and component replacements on medium-speed 4-stroke engines, including piston and liner work, cylinder head servicing, fuel injection equipment maintenance, and turbocharger overhauls.
Diagnose faults, conduct operational checks, perform performance tuning, and make necessary adjustments to optimize engine reliability and performance.
Interact professionally with customers during service execution, maintaining a solid customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
Provide regular progress updates on assigned work to the Field Service Superintendent, Service Engineers, customers, and other internal stakeholders.
Prepare and submit accurate Service Work Reports, including findings, measurements, test results, parts used, corrective actions, and recommendations.
Provide technical guidance to the customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of engines and associated systems.
