Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 12-15 team members. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring high-quality performance, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement in service delivery, while fostering a positive team environment and maintaining excellent client relationships.



The successful candidate should also be able to work autonomously, demonstrate a positive, “CAN DO” with solutions focused attitude and must be able to demonstrate numeracy and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance:
Supervise daily team activities to meet production, quality, turnaround time, and resource allocation objectives.
Set explicit, measurable goals and KPIs for team members; regularly review and provide feedback.
Evaluate employee performance and implement appropriate remedial / supportive actions.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
Facilitate morale-building initiatives to promote team cohesion and satisfaction.
Oversee training programs covering compliance, data protection, and role-specific skills.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and support cross-training initiatives.
