The team operates within a robust governance framework, partnering closely with Human Resources, Finance, Tax, and external vendors to ensure adherence to global standards, local regulatory requirements, and a strong control setting.

Role Overview
The Vice President, Payroll will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end payroll operations for India. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution,



while advancing governance, control frameworks, and transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with local HR and global stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, Tax, and HR Operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The incumbent will play a key leadership role in vendor management, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and process optimization, while also contributing to broader regional and global payroll initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end India payroll function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage and ensure compliance with all India statutory regulations, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, and income tax, while staying current with evolving labor laws and regulatory updates.
Lead and mentor a high-performing payroll team, driving accountability, capability building, and
