OVERVIEW
The Consultant – Materials Management (PET) will serve as an individual contributor with strong planning, analytical, systems, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The role will provide scalable solutions and holistic strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inbound materials management for aligned PET plants. The incumbent will collaborate with PET plants, Raw Material Planners, business stakeholders, Digital & Technology teams, Inventory Analytics, and other cross-functional partners. They will build repeatable processes, sustainable tools,



and governance mechanisms while operating effectively in a complex virtual environment. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
PET Plant Performance Governance with Institutional fixes
Own and facilitate the recurring plant performance call to establish a transparent agenda and operating rhythm covering service, inventory, material availability, compliance, cost, and planning-health metrics.
Ensure key performance metrics remain green through proactive monitoring, action tracking, escalation, and timely closure.
Highlight emerging risks, dependencies, and decisions required from plant and business stakeholders.
Maintain clear action logs with accountable owners, target dates, status, and documented outcomes.
Provide concise, data-backed performance updates to relevant leadership and stakeholder groups.
