About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Global Culture Advisor to take on a new global role at WRI. As Global Culture Advisor, you’ll be part of our Centre of Excellence and help shape how we support, grow, and engage our people across the world.
Reporting to the Global Director Culture & DEI, you’ll work closely with HR teams across all country/regional offices (Africa, Brazil, China, Colombia, Europe, India, Indonesia, Mexico, US) as well as with our global HR COEs. Your work will help WRI become the best-run NGO in the world — not just for operational excellence,



but to ensure every employee has a excellent experience and can do their best work in service of our mission.

Job Highlights:
WRI is seeking a Global Culture Advisor to build the culture function within the People Team. The role will be responsible for translating refreshed organizational values and behaviours into lived experiences across the OneWRI Network and ensuring they are embedded into policies, processes, leadership practices, and the employee lifecycle.
This role requires working across teams, geographies, and leadership, establishing long-term culture roadmaps, and ensuring strong coordination with HR
