About the Role – Senior Site Reliability Engineer I
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE-I), you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure.
You will manage production environments, drive automation, handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency through monitoring and reliability engineering practices.
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift - 7.00 AM- 2.00 PM OR 2.00 PM - 11.00 PM
About You :
You have strong experience in AWS and Azure, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Bicep), scripting with Python or PowerShell, and CI/CD using GitHub Actions; AI skills are mandatory.
You are skilled in Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, Monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor), and automation. Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AI/LLM concepts, Prompt Engineering, and MCP is a plus. You are a proactive problem solver with a strong focus on reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
