OVERVIEW
You will build and enhance end-to-end digital solutions supporting the Palantir engineering portfolio at General Mills. This role offers the chance to work on modern business applications, partner with global teams, and contribute to how software solutions are designed, developed, tested, and delivered. You will work closely with engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional partners to create scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and maintain software applications using the .NET technology stack and modern web frameworks.
Take ownership of complex technical designs and support their implementation across application features and services.
Take ownership of critical production issues and help drive timely resolution with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software features and support effective system integration.
Contribute to technical initiatives such as adopting new technologies and improving development processes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for better quality, efficiency, and innovation.
