Life on the Team
Computacenter's GIS business unit is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Test Manager to lead the delivery of testing across complex SAP transformation programmes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP testing activities, ensuring quality, governance and successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Working closely with Programme Managers, SAP Functional Leads, System Integrators and business stakeholders, you will drive testing excellence while embedding consistent testing standards across the organization.

What You'll Do

Financial, Timeline & Effort Management (10%)

Produce accurate estimates, budgets, schedules and resource plans for SAP testing activities.
Monitor delivery against agreed timelines, budget, quality standards and governance.
Manage testing risks, dependencies and changes, escalating where appropriate.
Provide regular reporting on budget, effort, progress and test readiness.

Test Planning (30%)





Develop SAP Test Strategies and Test Plans covering SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Security and Cutover testing.
Define test scope, environments, data, entry/exit criteria and requirements.
Review SAP business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
Coordinate business SMEs, SAP Functional Consultants and delivery teams to ensure testing readiness.

Test Execution (50%)

Lead end-to-end SAP testing across integrated business processes and multiple workstreams.
Manage test execution, defect triage, quality reporting and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to validate SAP functionality, interfaces, integrations, data migration and business processes.
Drive defect resolution, manage testing risks and provide governance reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support cutover planning, dress rehearsals, production readiness and go-live activities.
