About the Role
We're hiring an Implementation Engineer to own the technical side of customer onboarding — configuring our platform, integrating it with hospital systems (EHRs, data warehouses, and other clinical/IT systems), and making sure every new customer goes live smoothly. You'll be the technical point of contact during rollout: partnering with hospital IT/informatics teams, translating their systems and constraints into working integrations, and handing off a stable, well-documented deployment to our customer success team.
This is a hands-on,



customer-facing engineering role — part integration engineer, part technical project owner, part first responder when something breaks during go-live.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end technical implementation for new customers: workplace setup, configuration, data mapping, and integration with customer systems
Build and troubleshoot integrations with hospital/health-system systems — EHRs (Epic, Cerner, etc.), data warehouses, and other third-party systems — using standards like HL7v2, FHIR, C-CDA, and REST/SOAP APIs
Work directly with hospital IT, informatics, and clinical operations teams to gather requirements, scope integration effort, and troubleshoot issues during onboarding
Debug data and connectivity issues across the stack — API calls, file feeds, authentication, data transformation/mapping — and drive root-cause fixes rather than workarounds
