Job Description
Experienced L&D; professional with high functional skill s in instruction Design. Require added ability to lead and manage the entire project with skillsets below:
ü Planning - Prepare project map, plan for resources and means of execution
ü Client interaction – Identify / help the team identify requirements, and define deliverables that measure up to client requirement
ü Project execution – Ensuring - timelines of deliverable, resource utilization, resource availability, high level review of the deliverables
ü Ensure the deliverables meet the Quality standards as required by the client, and take corrective action in case of deviation
ü People development – ensure growth and up-gradation of
