About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Hybrid Markets Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) change function. The role will focus on delivering investment banking products and infrastructure improvements Globally. The Hybrid Markets Project Manager/Business Analyst will join the Change Management Team in India to support a team of Business Change Managers program of work.
The individual will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and project manager to Change Leads, Business Leaders, COOs and project/Programme Sponsors. This may impact multiple lines of businesses, legal entities and group functions e.g. Front Office, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance. This individual can conduct detailed analysis and requirement capture, engage with Product & Application teams to run front to back testing, and build out robust delivery plans to execute initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for organizing and directing all aspects of delivery for a set of complex change initiatives (plan, design, and execute).



Change initiatives include, but not limited to: Current state analysis and target state solution design, system implementation/upgrade, vendor assessment/selection, recent product design, regulatory compliance and issue resolution, process improvement and redesign
Responsible for full management over a set of project deliverables: Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis activities across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives and FX. Develop, implement and oversee governance routines for project execution, management reporting and business readiness
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategy/policies and business line objectives
Ensure that change management (communication & training) and user experience (adoption) is a focus of every project undertaken
