Accountabilities:
The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for enhancing product experiences through thoughtful design, research, and collaboration.



The role focuses on improving existing features, maintaining design consistency, and delivering user-friendly interfaces within an established product ecosystem.
Quickly understand existing product workflows, user needs, and current design structures.
Redesign and enhance existing features to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Translate product concepts, requirements, and business goals into clear and scalable UI/UX solutions.
Create high-quality interface designs while following established design systems and component libraries.
Ensure consistency in layouts, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
Participate in design reviews, discussions, and feedback sessions to refine solutions.
Maintain accurate design documentation, updates, and decision records.
