About the Team
Infrastructure Team architect and operate Zoom's cloud infrastructure, identity, and collaboration services as customer zero. Our SRE-driven team automates workflows and continuously improves reliability. We enable Zoomies to do their best work securely.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of Infrastructure Engineers across SRE, automation, and infrastructure-as-code disciplines, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Client Experience.
Driving CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and modern scripting languages (Python, Golang, PowerShell, Bash).
Managing identity and access management services including Okta, Entra ID, MFA, RADIUS, and certificate-based authentication across the organization.




Overseeing multi-cloud operations (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware) with a focus on reliability, security, and self-service enablement.
Partnering with global support leadership in India, the Philippines, and China to deliver proactive, AI-driven digital employee experiences.
What we’re looking for
Demonstrate hands-on experience leading SRE or DevOps infrastructure teams in a large-scale environment.
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SALT Stack), and CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jira).
Operate identity and access management platforms (Okta, Entra ID, RADIUS, MFA, certificates) with a solid understanding of IGA/IAM principles.
Administer multi-cloud environments across GCP, AWS, Azure, or VMware with IaaS expertise.
Apply modern scripting and programming skills in Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Bash to automate operations.
