Summary of Position:
Provide procurement system and reporting business support for K-C North America.



Monitor and resolve questions and requests from business partners in the procurement user support mailboxes per established service level agreements. Ownership for consignment processes. Drive continuous improvement and escalate system issues to drive resolution with technical support teams. Successful Procurement Systems Support Analyst have solid analysis skills, great communication skills both written and verbal, work well in a highly collaborative environment, and manage/balance multiple projects.
