- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HVAC and healthcare equipment.
- Promote AHUs, laminar airflow systems, modular operation theatres, cleanrooms and related products.
- Contact hospitals, healthcare consultants, architects, HVAC contractors, dealers and project companies.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, client visits, references and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical and design teams for preparing quotations and proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, Purchase Orders and payments.
- Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with existing clients.
- Visit customer locations and project sites whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries,
quotations and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support the company in exhibitions, conferences and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify recent market opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 13 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales, technical sales or B2B project sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing relationships with hospitals, healthcare consultants, architects, contractors and dealers, and achieving assigned sales targets.
