We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote gym memberships, generate leads, convert inquiries into memberships, and build long-term relationships with members.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
Convert inquiries into memberships by explaining membership plans and benefits.
Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
Promote personal training, group classes, and other fitness services.
Coordinate with the operations and fitness teams to ensure a great member experience.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Participate in marketing events,
promotions, and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
