- Generate new leads through online research, cold calling, and email.

- Identify new customers and introduce the company's products & services.

- Share company profile and product portfolio with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial quotations.

- Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and convert enquiries into orders.

- Coordinate with customers for order processing, delivery status, and documentation.

- Follow up for payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

- Maintain customer database, enquiry records, and sales reports.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of electrical products/switchgear.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Self-motivated/driven, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
