Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Present company products to potential clients

- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

- Coordinate with Inside Sales for solution delivery

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Identify current business opportunities

- Handle tender negotiations and contract terms

- Work closely with customer service for spares & maintenance sales

- Ensure timely payment collection from customers

Skills Required

- 1-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer

- Experience selling complex industrial/automation solutions

- Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills

- Customer-focused mindset with high commercial awareness

- Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Willingness to travel
