We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who wants to build, improve, and lead the HR function -not just manage routine HR activities.

Your Mission
Your responsibility is to build a professional HR department capable of supporting the company's long-term growth.

You will report directly to the Founder & Director and play a key role in recruitment, employee development, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the HR department.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Build employee performance management systems.
• Implement scorecards and KPI tracking.




• Coordinate payroll with the Accounts department.
• Ensure labour law compliance.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives.
• Build a positive and accountable work culture.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience in International BPO or Contact Centre preferred.
• Strong recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws.
• Experience handling payroll coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience building HR systems will be preferred.
