Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Design and architect end-to-end Workday solutions, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and other modules.
Develop and maintain Workday architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
Evaluate and recommend Workday configurations to meet business requirements.
Evaluate and recommend Workday configurations to meet sunsetting requirements of legacy applications like SAP HR Core.
Design and implement robust integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on Workday architecture, integrations, security, and data management.
Mentor and guide technical team members on Workday solution design and implementation.
Stay abreast of Workday releases and updates, evaluating their impact and recommending adoption strategies.
Design and implement complex Workday integrations using various tools and technologies (e.g., EIB, Workday Studio, Connectors, Pipedream).
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, leveraging different technologies.
