About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Manual Quality Engineer to lead and execute high-quality testing processes for complex applications. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in manual testing, analytical skills,



and leadership ability to mentor junior QA engineers while ensuring product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA efforts for projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Analyze business requirements and create test strategies, plans, and cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and Performance testing.
Identify, document, and use defect tracking software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps).
Conduct risk analysis and recommend quality improvements.
Drive QA process improvements and best practices.
Participate in release planning and provide quality sign-off.
Leadership Responsibilities
Mentor and coach junior QA engineers.
Conduct peer reviews of test cases and reports.
Act as a point of escalation for complex testing issues.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and team skill development.
Collaborate with management to define QA strategies and approach.
Ensure adherence to QA processes
