Responsibilities :
* Manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of development,
ensuring they meet strategic goals and project objectives.
* Develop an understanding of the universal remote control, hospitality,
security, and home automation markets to effectively support customer and
project requirements.




* Develop and maintain project schedules, dependencies, budgets, resource
allocation plans, risk and mitigation plans for each assigned project in
Project Portfolio Management software (KeyedIn).
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain
alignment among engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain,
quality, and customers.
* Monitor and document each assigned project’s progress and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) in KeyedIn.
* Prepare and present executive-level project status, key risks, mitigation
plans, and recovery plans to leadership and customers.
* Motivate project teams to meet or exceed project objectives.
* Drive project execution through proactive management of schedules, critical
paths, risks, dependencies, and action items.
* Manage the development of turnkey products from concept through mass
production based on customer requirements.
