Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Manager – CA Taxation to oversee the organization's tax compliance, planning, and advisory functions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in taxation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage direct and indirect tax compliances, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
Prepare, review, and file tax returns, statutory reports, and related documentation.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, and litigation by coordinating with tax authorities and consultants.
Provide tax planning and advisory support to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance.
Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on business operations.




Support statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting related to taxation.
Reconcile tax accounts and maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to resolve tax-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal tax controls.

Qualification & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Robust academic background in accounting, taxation, and finance.
Additional certifications in GST, Direct Tax, or related areas are an added advantage.
8–10 years of post-qualification experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate organization or reputed CA firm.
Hands-on experience in Direct Tax, GST, TDS, tax compliance, assessments, audits, and tax planning.
