We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director, Fraud Product Manager.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end program management for digital fraud initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of milestones.Own and prioritise the product roadmap for digital fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
Collaborate with IT teams to design,
architect and support implementation of fraud detection systems tailored to digital fraud risks (e.g., scams, ATO/ACTO, mule activity, digital payments and online journeys).
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring transparency in project progress. Help define product requirements and work with teams like engineering and design to build digital fraud prevention tools.
Test products, gather feedback, and suggest improvements. Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and addressing roadblocks proactively. Research industry trends and new technologies to find ways to improve our products.
