Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wholesale Parts Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Wholesale Parts Salesperson will manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors,



and trade partners, focusing on selling laminate parts and related products. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory availability and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining detailed product knowledge, advising customers on suitable laminate solutions, resolving service issues, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Wholesale Parts Salesperson will also track sales performance, update CRM or sales records, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Sales abilities, with experience in Wholesale or B2B Sales and basic negotiation skills.
