Role Description The Regional Manager – North Karnataka will oversee operations and business performance for the region, with a primary on-site presence in Gadag. This full-time role includes managing business & collections for JLG, IL, LAP & HL across assigned districts. The Regional Manager will be responsible for achieving regional business targets in transactions, customer acquisition, and lending, while ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.



Day-to-day activities include coordinating with partner banks and internal teams, monitoring operational metrics, resolving field issues, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves mentoring local teams, conducting regular reviews, and representing atyati Technologies in regional stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in regional operations management, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech.
Strong skills in team leadership, stakeholder management, and field workforce supervision.
Ability to analyze business performance data, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective action plans.
Knowledge of branchless banking, banking correspondent models, credit and lending processes, and financial inclusion initiatives.
Proficiency in using digital platforms and basic office productivity tools for reporting and communication.
