About the Role: Being an Manager - Finance entails overseeing financial operations within the company. This pivotal role involves day-to-day accounting mainly involving Payables, Receivables, Payroll, Taxation,



General Ledger and Fixed Assets while contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Key responsibilities:

? Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
Handling of GST reconciliations (books vs GSTR 2A/2B/1).
Preparation and submission of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q), issuance of Form 16/16A.
Handling of income tax assessments, tax computations, and payment of advance taxes.
Liaison with tax consultants and preparation of necessary schedules and documents for tax audits and filings.
Monitoring changes in tax laws and ensuring timely implementation of amendments.

? Month-End & Year-End Book Closure

Ensure timely monthly closure of books in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS preferred).
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
